Meet your Soil Sisters and enjoy a Wisconsin Fish Fry


Come savor a variety of seasonal specialties at the women-owned Cow & Quince , a local food restaurant in New Glarus showcasing the farm bounty of the area. 


Taste of Place kicks-off the Soil Sisters weekend. Come personally meet Soil Sisters who will be on hand to answer questions about their products and farms and share their insider tips and ideas to make the most of your weekend. Owner Lori Stern will also be sharing more about Cow & Quince's local sourcing philosophy from her dual perspecties of being both a farmer and a restauranteur.


Note:  Different than in past Soil Sisters events, Taste of Place will be no longer be a ticketed event.  Registration and pre-payment is not required. 


Come by for a craft cocktail or an Old Fashioned featuring local Wisconsin spirits.  Have appetizers or enjoy a full meal off the Friday Fish Fry menu.  Seating is on a first come, first served basis.  Menu subject to change based on available ingredients.
